  • The design and shape of the hood have been optimized for a better flame front and to obtain the maximum acceptable compression ratio
  • Surface treatment for less friction
  • The reinforcements give the piston a stiffer structure and minimize cap deformation at full load
  • Short beveled shaft with DLC coating (Diamond Like Carbon)
  • Circlip with outward pointing end to prevent rotation at high speeds
  • Better wear resistance thanks to ultra-fine "GNH" piston ring made of gas nitriding steel
