NEW CARBON FIBER & EVOLAP TECHNOLOGY
All SCALE Carbon frames use a mix of high-end carbon fibers to achieve incredible results. After choosing the carbon fibers, engineers use specific tools, such as FEA software, to map out the carbon lay-up.
Thanks to SCOTT's patented EvoLap technology, different forces can be applied to a virtual model and the frame construction is adjusted accordingly.

SDS2 TECHNOLOGY
SDS2 technology provides comfort, both sitting and standing, without
extra heavy parts or without sacrificing stiffness. To achieve this,
SCOTT engineers use different tube shapes in combination with strategic alignment of the carbon fibers to allow specific areas of the frame to flex and provide comfort while preventing unwanted flex in other areas that can compromise performance.

BRAKE SUPPORT
A specific brake mount adapter has been introduced on the SCOTT SCALE that is only connected to the chainstay and thru axle to increase comfort.

SW DERAILLEUR HOLDER
The SCALE derailleur holders are designed to be integrated into the thru-axle system thanks to a hollow tube design that allows for a simple and lightweight carbon structure.

CHAIN ​​GUIDE
The SCALE chain guide weighs only 23g, is easy to install thanks to a clever mounting system and is suitable for 30T to 36T chainrings.
